Shared Hosting Quick Start

If you have ordered a new domain through us, then it should begin working within few hours. If your transferring your Domain Name to our servers, please email us for more information.

Your Hosting Administrative Panel

As an Global Access client you have access to an unique Administrative Panel which allows you to setup your email address(es)(s), check site stats, manage your files and much more. We have two different control panels, CPanel and HSphere.

Your E-mail [POP] Accounts

Your email [POP] accounts as well as your auto responders and email aliases can be setup easily by going to your Administrative Panel. Your email will not work until your domain name is pointing to our servers.

You can email our Support Department which is monitored constantly by our knowledgeable technical support personnel. Our response time is usually within 2 hours during normal business hours.

Any illegal activity, including adult content, links to adult content web sites, sapling or hacking will result in your site being shut down and all your files deleted without warning. For more information see our hosting Terms of Service.
